Do I have to bring my own lashes?

No, I provide lashes for each appointment. However, feel free to bring your own

Why do you only give partial refunds?

When client's book, I prepare for their service beforehand. Time has also been blocked off to prevent others from booking. When a client cancels, that is a loss.

Why are prices so expensive?

Beauty products are expensive and have been increasing in price over the past few years. I use mostly high end products that cost hundreds of dollars. I'm also a skilled makeup artist that takes time during each appointment to ensure that all clients are beyond satisfied.

Why does my makeup not look the same as others?

It's important to remember that everyone has different skin and features. I can create a flawless glam but it will never look like someone else's.

What is a travel fee?

Travel fees are included in all appointments that take place outside of my location. Fees are to ensure that I am able to pack everything and make it to any destination for future services

Why are no kids allowed?

I love to keep the environment distraction and stress free for clients. This location also has decor that kids can easily break. Please reach out to me beforehand 

Shipping Policy

Orders will take 2-3 days to prepare for shipping. After shipping, customers will

receive an email with a tracking number. Orders can take up to 3-4 to arrive after shipment. 

I am NOT responsible for delivery delays through UPS, USPS, or Fedex.

Our Return Policy

There is a no-return policy. Products that are purchased are final sale.

Refund Policy

There is a strict no-refund policy. Customers are only subject to refunds

due to circumstances such as wrong order delivery. Order receipts will be sent to customer after their purchase
